- Special characters, Arabic and Chinese characters, Russian characters and emojis are not supported.
- You will receive the same item as on your preview, so please make sure that the preview on the order confirmation email conforms to your wishes.

- Made and shipped locally, we deliver anywhere in the world!
- All our products are customized to order. Our printing and personalization lead time is 24 to 48 hours. After that, delivery takes 3-5 working days.
- Go to checkout to calculate your shipping fee
- Returns are free for 14 days for any item received damaged or not conforming to the preview received by email after your order.
- If you wish to cancel your order, you have until 10am the next morning to contact us. Otherwise you will not be refunded.

Is a frame included with the posters?
It's up to you! We offer both framed and unframed posters.
Can I return the items if I'm not satisfied?
If you have purchased a personalized product and are not satisfied, returns are not accepted. The reason for this is that these items were made to your specifications and cannot be resold. However, we invite you to contact us to try and find a solution together!

We make every effort to ensure that our portraits are optimally packaged. However, if you nevertheless receive your order damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return or refund!
